Remote Estate Planing Attorney
About The Position
Rosenblum Law is seeking a part-time, remote, estate planning attorney to support our growing trust and estate practice. This role is focused on reviewing and finalizing estate plans prepared by our internal team. We have a strong system in place with paralegal-driven drafting using Wealth Counsel. We are looking for an attorney who can step in, ensure quality, and handle final legal oversight. The attorney will review estate planning documents (revocable living trusts) drafted by our paralegal team, sign off on completed plans after confirming accuracy and alignment with client goals, provide custom language or revisions when client needs fall outside standard templates, and communicate with our client services team on drafting-related questions or adjustments. The volume is 30 to 75 trust reviews per month. Compensation is $150 per trust reviewed (flat rate) with an average trust review time of +/- 1 hour. Requirements
- Active New Jersey law license
- 3+ years experience with drafting / reviewing estate plans
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a distributed team

- Familiarity with Wealth Counsel is a plus
