Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
- At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law.
- Must be licensed in the states for which the applicant is applying.
- An established private practice.
