Requirements

Responsibilities

Maintain preventative maintenance schedules across all properties
Manage vendors, service contracts, and warranties
Coordinate routine inspections
Coordinate repairs from start to finish
Obtain bids and recommendations
Ensure quality completion of all work
Manage renovation projects - keep on top of the project schedules and essential items like permits, etc., inventory management, tracking deliveries, reporting on progress, team coordination, etc.
Make and implement a maintenance schedule for all properties.
Oversee landscaping and irrigation
Coordinate seasonal maintenance
Ensure drainage and fire safety compliance
Prepare homes before family arrivals/ setting properties up for Summer/Winter.
Coordinate household supplies, vehicles, mail, security, and pet logistics
Ensure each residence is fully operational and guest-ready
Manage household vendors and service providers
Confirm appointments and oversee successful completion of work
Coordinate installations, deliveries, and routine maintenance
Oversee smart home systems and technology support
Maintain household systems, inventories, documentation, and emergency contacts
Budget management, maintenance schedules, permits, and HOA requirements
Coordinate emergency repairs and time-sensitive issues
Coordinate childcare scheduling and backup coverage
Support travel and medical logistics
Ensure children's supplies and household readiness are maintained
