Assists Clinical Project Managers with development of deliverables, including but not limited to electronic Source Documents, to support administration of mobile clinical research visits to patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work out of normal business hours up to 5% of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in a clinical or research setting is preferred.
• Experience with an Electronic Data Capture or electronic Source Document system strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Associate to a matrixed team of Clinical Project Managers on multiple projects.
• Responsible for coaching stakeholders on the system functionality and best practices.
• Plans and executes system configuration.
• Responsible for maintaining study level system functionality and identifying systems’ deficiencies; implementing improvements.
• Develops, delivers, and consults on executable project deliverables within system and related to system.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
