ESD Program Manager
About The Position
The ESD Program Manager will join the Food & Nutrition Team and support many different roles within a very fast-paced environment. This specific role will administer the Summer EBT program and supervise Summer EBT temps. The Food & Nutrition team is responsible for administering the 3SVT program (SNAP) and many other sub-programs. Collaboration with the USDA's Food & Nutrition Administration, community partners and advocates of VT, and many other state liaisons will be a part of the day-to-day work. A high degree of independence and teamwork is required, managing many different priorities at once and shifting focus depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Three (3) years as a Benefits Program Specialist, Reach Up Case Manager or other similar related job experience in ESDOR
- Four (4) years of human services case management experience
- Private means of transportation must be available for necessary travel
- Tact and perseverance are necessary incumbent skills
