Why This Role Is Different You’re trusted to own your files from open to close Backed by industry-leading technology and strong underwriting support Join a team that respects your experience and judgment Work in a market where your skills are in demand and valued What You’ll Do Manage complex escrow transactions end-to-end Act as the go-to expert for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders Ensure every detail is handled with accuracy and compliance Navigate challenges and keep closings on track Deliver a seamless, professional experience every time What You Bring 2–4+ years of hands-on escrow experience Proven ability to manage multiple transactions independently Strong knowledge of title, closing, and escrow processes Confident communicator who builds trust quickly Detail-driven, organized, and solutions-oriented Arizona licensing (as required) Why Prescott? Pay Range: $24.42 - $32.56 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
