What We Do Skilled Escrow Officer | Prescott, AZ Are you a seasoned Escrow Officer who knows how to keep deals moving, solve problems fast, and deliver a flawless closing experience? First American is expanding in Prescott, AZ, and we’re looking for experienced escrow professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values expertise, precision, and customer impact. This role is in Prescott, Arizona! Why This Role Is Different You’re trusted to own your files from open to close Backed by industry-leading technology and strong underwriting support Join a team that respects your experience and judgment Work in a market where your skills are in demand and valued What You’ll Do Manage complex escrow transactions end-to-end Act as the go-to expert for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders Ensure every detail is handled with accuracy and compliance Navigate challenges and keep closings on track Deliver a seamless, professional experience every time What You Bring 2–4+ years of hands-on escrow experience Proven ability to manage multiple transactions independently Strong knowledge of title, closing, and escrow processes Confident communicator who builds trust quickly Detail-driven, organized, and solutions-oriented Arizona licensing (as required) Why Prescott? Pay Range: $24.42 - $32.56 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
