About The Position

Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Closing Assistant who is passionate about personal growth, innovation, and diversity. This role assists in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels and pay offs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements. The assistant ensures customer satisfaction and participates in marketing efforts to attract and retain clients. Additionally, they maintain the office lobby, welcome guests professionally, and handle incoming calls with excellent telephone etiquette, creating a positive image for Lennar Title.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Reception and/or customer service training preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels, pay offs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements.
  • Ensure homebuyers are satisfied with our service.
  • Develop/participate in marketing to attract and retain clients.
  • Maintain and organize the office lobby, welcoming all guests courteously, cheerfully, and professionally.
  • Answer and assist incoming telephone callers with polished telephone etiquette.
  • Create a positive image of Lennar Title.
  • Process cash, loan, refinance, and other transactions independently, from contract execution to closing.
  • Spot potential closing issues and resolve them timely and professionally.
  • Prioritize and meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Perform assigned clerical duties.
  • Regularly monitor office supplies and order needed supplies.
  • Printer and copier administration and maintenance.
  • Mailing, postage, and distribution of mail.
