About The Position

People’s Title LLC is seeking a highly qualified Escrow Assistant with proven title and escrow experience and hands-on knowledge of Qualia. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with a strong, verifiable work history who understands the title environment and can become productive quickly. At People’s Title LLC, accuracy, communication, and accountability matter. We need an Escrow Assistant who communicates before someone has to ask, follows up without being reminded, and works as part of the team—not in a silo.

Requirements

• Proven title and escrow experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Qualia.
• Demonstrated experience, stability, responsibility, and progression in previous roles.
• Excellent email communication skills (clear, professional, grammatically correct).
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients, agents, lenders, vendors, and coworkers.
• Teamwork skills (communicate well internally, support Escrow Officer and teammates, accept direction, follow through on commitments).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines.
• Professional phone and client communication skills.
• Accountability for assigned tasks from beginning through completion.

Nice To Haves

• Qualia experience is strongly preferred.
• Texas Escrow Officer License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Escrow Officers with residential real estate transactions from opening through closing.
• Maintain files in Qualia.
• Communicate with all parties involved in transactions.
• Request and track documents.
• Monitor deadlines.
• Follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare files for closing.
• Maintain complete and accurate file documentation.
