Requirements

  • Positive, customer focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems.
  • Proficiency with basic office technology and Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed of 45+ words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • General Office experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to escrow officer and assistant.
  • Open new escrow files and assist with document preparation.
  • Schedule signings and help manage file organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a professional front office environment.
