About The Position
Transports patients that are admitted to hospital to their assigned rooms and to assist with their transportation needs upon dismissal or short-term leave from the hospital. Responsible to complete patient transports in a timely manner, maintain clean equipment, interact politely and professionally with patients, visitors and medical center staff. Functions independently, frequently with direction via phone or pager.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, which include days, evenings, day/evenings, holidays, weekends and split shifts with rotating days off.
