ERP Support Specialist

York’s complete Space Segment Solution includes spacecraft production, payload integration, system integration & test, launch services, ground segment services, and mission operations, enabling customers to leverage York’s existing technology solutions to get to orbit rapidly and responsively. We’re looking to expand our team across the board. York is seeking an entry‑level ERP Support Specialist to assist employees with day‑to‑day ERP questions, resolve basic system issues, perform account maintenance, and support master data activities. This hybrid role provides foundational exposure to ERP operations and data governance while contributing to smooth and efficient system use across the organization.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in software applications or IT support.
- ERP functional familiarity and strong attention to data accuracy.
- Ability to follow established documentation, testing, and review procedures.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Responsibilities
- User Support: Monitor and triage ERP support tickets; serve as the first point of contact for user questions and basic troubleshooting (e.g., login issues, navigation support, minor errors).
- Account & Access Management: Create, update, and maintain ERP user accounts, roles, and permissions in alignment with security and compliance standards.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on system performance, data accuracy, and scheduled jobs. Escalate issues as needed.
- Master Data Assistance: Support the Master Data Administrator by creating and updating core ERP records such as Item Master data, Bills of Materials, and pricing details.
