About The Position

The ERP Senior Peoplesoft Security administrator will perform analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of the Client's PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Security. This role involves developing and maintaining full security matrix solutions for various PeopleSoft application modules, working directly with HRMS Functional Analysts to understand security requirements, and documenting security requirement specifications. The administrator will build solutions based on agreed-upon business requirements and specifications, meeting customer expectations and deadlines, and adhering to software development methods and change control procedures. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid security, providing technical and application expertise for security incidents, interacting with customers for troubleshooting, and collaborating with team members, DBAs, and System Administrators. The role also includes performing application and security administration tasks, staying updated on PeopleSoft People Tools and related technologies, and maintaining a strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules. Additionally, the administrator will assist the HRMS Team Leader with cross-training and provide daily status reporting to the HRMS Project Manager.

Requirements

Individuals with more than ten (10) years of experience within the specific Support Service Category.
Minimum Requirements 10+ years implementing/supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM).
PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 experience.
Good knowledge and experience with PHIRE version control and JIRA ticket systems.
5 years + solid experience for implementing and supporting User profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Row level security, Dynamic Security, Structure & Content, Application security, Projects security, Department Tree security, People Tolls security, Process Group security, Query security, User preferences.
Configure, recommend and fix existing security definitions listed above based on defined users access requirements.
Configure and maintain complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security.
Configure and maintain for HR, Payroll, Benefit modules different level of security.
Maintain and define Peoplesoft 9.2 Fluid security.
Migrate projects and security elements/objects into multiple different environments.
Good knowledge of Oracle 19 or later versions of the databases.
Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or related field, or 5+ years relevant experience in a corporate IT environment.
Excellent technical documentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong team contributor, take charge individual, self-motivated, and business oriented.
Self-motivated independent worker, able to lead initiatives from beginning to end.
Maintain knowledge in PeopleSoft People Tools and related technologies to migrate projects and reports to different environments: Application Designer, People Code, Workflow, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layout, SQR, Query, Application Messaging, Application Packaging, Change Assistant, XML Publisher, Integration Broker and SQL.
Maintain strong technical and security understanding of PeopleSoft in the areas of Human Capital Management to include HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Self-Service, Pension and Training Administration.

Assist the HRMS Team Leader to develop co-workers with cross-training of particular areas of technology.
Provide the HRMS Project manager daily status reporting on assigned tasks.

Work in a functional/technical capacity with a good understanding of business processes, relational databases and PeopleSoft table structures with emphasis on core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll and Time & Labor.
Understands and follows established change control procedures.
Provide Helpdesk support of the organizations HR applications.
Troubleshoot reported application security problems.
Provide root cause analysis reports for resolved defects.
Assist with development of test conditions and test scripts.
Mentor and train junior team members in PeopleSoft skills

Responsibilities
