About The Position

Client is seeking an experienced ERP Replacement Project Manager to lead and coordinate a multi-year ERP replacement initiative. The selected professional will work closely with Financial Services, Technology Services, municipal departments, Administration, Council, project stakeholders, and the selected ERP vendor.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressively responsible project-management experience.
• Significant experience managing enterprise technology implementation projects within the public sector.
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP replacement projects within Canadian municipalities.
• Current PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Experience working with Canadian municipal governance, procurement, and decision-making environments.
• Experience working collaboratively with business and technology teams.
• Experience managing ERP vendors and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi-year ERP replacement initiative.
• Work closely with Financial Services, Technology Services, municipal departments, Administration, Council, project stakeholders, and the selected ERP vendor.
• Provide strategic advice, recommendations, options, and decision support to senior administration, executive leadership, elected officials, or governing bodies.
