About The Position

As an ERP Recruiter, your mission is simple but critical: identify the best consultants in the country for our clients' complex projects. You are the gatekeeper of quality and pivotal to fostering many key long-term relationships for Surety Systems.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of post-college professional experience (Recruiting experience is not required—we value your drive and "coachability" over specific HR background).
  • Communication: You must be exceptionally well-spoken, well-written, and comfortable communicating predominantly over the phone and via email.
  • The "Hustle/It" Factor: A "do-what-it-takes" personality. You are methodical but move with speed. You maintain a burning internal desire to always deliver, yearn to learn more, and seek self-improvement.
  • Organization: You are someone who finds comfort in a tight schedule, strong attention to detail, and a well-organized workflow.
  • Integrity: Comfortable being honest with candidates and occasionally telling people "no" when they aren't the right fit.

Responsibilities

  • Learn & Master: You’ll undergo intensive training to become well-versed in the high-demand technologies we support (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.).
  • Relationship Building: Proactively reach out to and develop long-term relationships with "go-to" consultants in the industry.
  • The Interviewer: Conduct phone interviews to assess technical skills, personality traits, and cultural fit. You’ll learn to look past a resume to find the real talent.
  • Pipeline Management: Identify top-tier consultants for current needs while strategically building a "bench" for future projects.
  • Rigorous Screening: Conduct thorough phone calls, including reference checks, to help ensure every candidate meets the "best of the best" standard our clients expect.
