Position Overview: With direct reporting to the heads of Operation, as an ERP Analyst, you are representing the Manufacturing team in the successful roll out of the ERP across all shifts and department but as well ensure best practices are widely deployed across the organization. As a superuser, you will also assist Operation with daily enquiries related to the solutions installed. The ERP Analyst will be expected to work on-site five days a week in our Somerset, NJ office.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years (or more) in relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years (or more) of experience with an ERP System
  • High School; BA preferred
  • Ability to relate to employees and understand their needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load
  • Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, self-motivated, creative and innovative
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs
  • Must be able to sustain office work for 8+ hours per day including the following: Sitting in an office chair, Typing, Reaching for the telephone, Standing at office equipment, Hearing for phone use, Sight for computer use

Responsibilities

  • Represent manufacturing team in the ERP system deployment
  • Review, recommend and validate manufacturing workflows in the ERP environment
  • Review, recommend and validate ERP report for manufacturing use
  • Super user of system for manufacturing related topic
  • Train and deploy best practices across Manufacturing team ( all shift, all operation)
  • Support upgrades validation
  • Train new employees
  • Develop SOP and training documentation
  • Support and propose new ERP capability
