About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales, and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement, and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance, and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea, and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment. Mini-Circuits sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, and sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in complex system implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably with ERP implementations.
  • Strong experience managing vendors and third-party relationships.
  • Experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, including purchase orders and invoice management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and track project financials.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for extended periods of time required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing SAP.
  • Experience with project management tool cALM.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Understanding of finance, supply chain, or operations processes.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day activities for the ERP implementation project.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Oversee vendor management processes, including: Creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs), Review, validation, and processing of vendor invoices, Ensuring alignment between contracted deliverables and billed services.
  • Manage integration with ancillary systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements, dependencies, and testing strategies.
  • Monitor project budget, track expenses, and support financial reporting.
  • Identify project risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution.
  • Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts as needed.
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Ability and willingness to abide by Company’s Code of Conduct.
  • Occasional travel, some overnight, as required.
