The Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Transformation & Enablement organization is hiring an energetic, proactive, detail-oriented ERP Program Manager with leadership experience and expertise with ERP Project Systems to help with this 1LMX transformation initiative. Our portfolio includes the following key products: SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba, Oracle EPM, OpenText xECM, Blackline, and Vertex.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 Years Project/Program Management experience
Minimum of 3 Years Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence
Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
US Citizenship required due to system access

Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
Project/program management experience in an Agile Development Environment
Experience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas
Experience in 1LMX

Responsibilities

Managing 1LMX Program Management (PLP) build portfolio to ensue alignment to business needs
Overseeing PLP build cost and deployment schedule
Collaborating with IT product owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX PLP transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets
Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products
