About The Position

Join ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging solutions, as a full-time ERP Operations Manager. This role is responsible for the stability, reliability, and continuous optimization of our ERP ecosystem, ensuring seamless manufacturing, finance, and supply chain operations across the enterprise. Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing functional ERP teams.
  • Deep understanding of complex manufacturing processes, including production, supply chain, and finance.
  • Proven track record supporting ERP environments across large-scale, multi-site operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong experience in ERP system maintenance, upgrades, vendor management, and operational optimization.
  • Ability to manage and improve complex, legacy, or newly acquired ERP environments.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues within enterprise systems and operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience overseeing external service providers and third-party consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily ERP operations and support requests, ensuring high availability and system responsiveness across all manufacturing sites.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
  • Define and execute the ERP operational roadmap, prioritizing critical upgrades, maintenance, and system stabilization initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders and internal IT teams to translate operational challenges into technical solutions that support business growth.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP enhancements, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the ERP support team, overseeing staff performance, recruitment, and professional development.
  • Monitor system health and report on key KPIs and operational metrics to senior management.
