ERP/MES Functional Consultant - Industry Packages (Infor, IFS, Apriso)
About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill an ERP/MES Functional Consultant – Industry Packages (Infor, IFS, Apriso) position for our client. This role involves acting as an Application Architect and Functional Consultant for ERP/MES Industry Package implementations. The consultant will translate complex business requirements into functional system solutions across Tier-2 ERP/MES platforms, lead configuration, integration, and optimization of enterprise packaged applications, and support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to stabilization. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to align system capabilities with business outcomes, performing gap analysis, and recommending process improvements. The role also ensures effective integration of ERP/MES solutions within broader enterprise architectures.
Requirements
- Strong functional expertise in ERP/MES Industry Packages
- Hands-on experience with Infor (BaaN, Lawson), IFS, Apriso FlexNet, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS
- Deep understanding of business process mapping within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments
- Experience with system integration and enterprise application landscapes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate effectively in remote, client-facing consulting environments
- Significant experience in ERP/MES functional consulting or application architecture roles
- Proven delivery experience with Tier-2 ERP platforms in complex enterprise environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial clients strongly preferred
