About The Position

The ERP Manager will be responsible for defining and communicating the ERP roadmap aligned with company objectives. This role involves managing and mentoring ERP analysts and product owners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and overseeing ERP system upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization. The manager will develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for ERP initiatives, collaborating with business units, IT, and external partners to design and deliver solutions. Additionally, the role includes managing ERP licensing, monitoring usage, optimizing costs, analyzing upcoming releases, assessing impacts, and communicating changes to stakeholders. The ERP Manager will lead release planning, testing, and deployment of updates and new features, acting as a liaison between the ERP team and stakeholders, and representing the company in dealer groups. Responsibilities also include coordinating training, documentation, and user support for new functionality, monitoring feedback and business outcomes to drive enhancements, and maintaining automated test libraries and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP system management, implementation, and maintenance.
  • D365 experience is a must.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.
