About The Position

The ERP Integration & SIOP Manager owns two connected priorities: delivering strategic ERP upgrades and building a disciplined SIOP process that aligns demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans. This role exists to improve execution, visibility, and decision-making across the business.

Requirements

  • B.S. in a technical/product development discipline (or equivalent)
  • 7–10 years in engineering, program management, and supply chain within product development/manufacturing
  • Strong financial communication, quantitative analysis, and leadership skills
  • Tools: MS Office, MS Project/Project Online, Power BI
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP upgrade programs end-to-end (scope, governance, schedule, budget, risks, cutover, and training readiness)
  • Align and standardize core processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, manufacturing, inventory, and finance
  • Design and run a standardized SIOP model, including monthly cross-functional reviews and decision cadence
  • Provide clear program health reporting, ROI/business-case analysis, and structured change management
  • Support Engineering R&D/prototyping procurement (POs, work orders, and LOBs)
