The ERP Functional Analyst, Supply Chain and Logistics is responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle ERP solutions that enable end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. The role ensures stable production operations, supports analytic reporting, and drives continuous improvements across procurement, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics. This position requires deep experience handling large transactional data volumes, as well as supporting reports, dashboards, incidents, and enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Functional Expertise in Inventory Management, Procurement / Purchasing, Order Management, Logistics and fulfillment processes
  • Operational & Analytical Skills: Experience supporting incidents and system enhancements, Strong data analysis and reporting support experience, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing (optional), Value Chain Planning – Demantra, ASCP & SPP, BI Publisher
  • Oracle PL/SQL
  • Dashboards and KPI reporting
  • ATP and planning process knowledge
  • Manufacturing or high-tech industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Functional Ownership: Support Oracle ERP supply chain and logistics processes, Translate business requirements into functional designs, Configure and deploy enhancements aligned to business priorities
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day production support, Resolve incidents and coordinate fixes with technical teams, Support system upgrades and releases
  • Data, Reporting & Analytics: Analyze inventory, order, and logistics data at scale, Support development and validation of supply chain performance dashboards, inventory and fulfillment reports, Validate data using SQL/PL/SQL in partnership with technical teams
  • Process Optimization: Identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities, Support period-end close and inventory reconciliation, Improve data visibility and decision-making capabilities
