The ERP Database Technician is responsible for the upkeep and building of the engineering behind the products in the ERP system. This will include, but not be limited to, Part IDs, Engineering masters, and Product structure within the system. The role involves managing and overseeing the ERP Database, Engineering Masters, and Part IDs, assisting with database management, running reports, troubleshooting ERP system issues, analyzing business needs, and correcting system glitches or corruptions. The position also contributes to complex sales orders, front office workflow processes, identifying and resolving framework issues, and assisting with various financial and data accuracy tasks. Additionally, the role supports documentation, the Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process, evaluating new technologies, and participating in business kickoff meetings. Adherence to safety rules, consistent attendance, and meeting departmental goals are also required.
