This role involves managing data within the ERP system, controlling engineering documentation, and providing administrative support to production. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of administrative, data-entry, ERP, inventory, purchasing support, or manufacturing office experience.
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience supporting document-control processes.
  • Experience with M1 ERP or similar manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain released drawings, layouts, bills of material (BOMs), and manufacturing documentation within the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate item, revision, and job-related records.
  • Update, revise, and correct information as directed.
  • Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Research and resolve routine data discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain records within the M1 ERP system.
  • Enter job-related information and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain part numbers, revisions, and manufacturing records.
  • Support ERP data cleanup and record-maintenance initiatives.
  • Help improve data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity.
  • Review released engineering documentation for completeness.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy records.
  • Print, assemble, and distribute manufacturing paperwork.
  • Ensure current document revisions are available to production teams.
  • Support document updates, revisions, and reprints as required.
  • Process manufacturing paperwork requests from internal departments.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and document storage structures.
  • Support tracking and communication of document status.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Inventory, and Manufacturing when documentation is incomplete or requires correction.
  • Ensure documentation is distributed to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve document organization and data accuracy.
  • Support standardization of document-control and data-entry practices.
  • Participate in special projects related to ERP maintenance and documentation control.
  • Follow established workflows and procedures to maintain information integrity.
