About The Position

The Cloud ERP Cloud Administrator supports and enhances the organization’s manufacturing operations by managing and optimizing the company’s cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role ensures that production, inventory, supply chain, and financial processes run seamlessly through accurate system configuration, integration, and data integrity. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ERP expertise with a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, including bill of materials (BOM), work orders, MRP, and shop floor control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as an ERP Administrator, Systems Analyst, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud ERP platform (NetSuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or Infor CloudSuite Industrial).
  • Expertise in manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain ERP modules.
  • Proficiency in data management, workflows, and custom fields/forms configuration.
  • Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or BI/reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence and process improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • ERP platform certification (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or Oracle Cloud ERP Specialist).
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or ISO 27001.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations.
  • Background in discrete or process manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day ERP operations, including user setup, permissions, configurations, and role-based security for manufacturing, supply chain, and finance modules.
  • Manufacturing Process Support: Configure and maintain modules related to production planning, MRP, inventory control, quality management, and shop floor data collection.
  • System Optimization: Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance manufacturing efficiency through ERP functionality.
  • Integrations: Manage and troubleshoot integrations between ERP and other business systems such as Salesforce, CAD, PLM, WMS, BTP, and CRM platforms.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key manufacturing metrics such as production efficiency, inventory accuracy, cost variances, and supplier performance.
  • Upgrades & Patch Management: Coordinate ERP updates, patches, and release testing to ensure stable and uninterrupted operations during production cycles.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure data consistency across manufacturing, inventory, and financial modules; maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, SOX).
  • Training & Support: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot system and data issues, and train users across production, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain configuration logs, workflow documentation, user guides, and process maps for audit and change control purposes.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Work closely with ERP vendors and implementation partners to manage escalations, enhancements, and roadmap planning.
