Erp Analyst
About The Position
Analyze business processes and translate operational needs into ERP system solutions. Configure and maintain ERP modules such as finance, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and sales. Troubleshoot system issues, resolve errors, and coordinate fixes with IT or external vendors. Maintain and improve ERP master data including items, vendors, customers, BOMs, and pricing. Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support management decisions. Participate in system testing. Create system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials. Assist with system integrations between ERP and related systems such as CRM, WMS, or eCommerce platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on ERP system experience.
- Strong understanding of business processes, especially in finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Experience supporting ERP users in a functional or analyst role.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical or system solutions.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Oracle, or Infor.
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience.
- Experience with ERP implementations or system upgrades.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Experience working with third-party ERP vendors or consultants.
- Strong skills in ERP, Excel data entry, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards.
