About The Position

The ERP Account Reconciliation Specialist II is responsible for configuring, updating, enhancing, and maintaining the EPM account reconciliation module. This role involves collaborating with business unit leaders and functional analysts to set up new reconciliations, gather data requirements, and ensure necessary configurations support existing and new reconciliations. The specialist will identify and address reconciliation errors, provide design recommendations, and optimize information flows within the module. Additionally, this role serves as a subject matter expert on the profitability module, working to expand its utilization across all business units, and collaborates with the technology team on system testing and evaluations. The position also involves evaluating, testing, implementing, and training on regular upgrades from the EPM provider and provides backup support for FCC and EPM Profitability and Cost Module business administration.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Audit/Accounting background preferred
Ability to run queries in SQL
Prior experience with automated reconciliations either utilizing sequel tools, access, or a reconciliation system
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud financials modules and reporting tools
Excellent organizational skills
Highly detail oriented and analytical
Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Business reconciliation and ERP financials experience a plus.
Oracle ARCs module experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure, update, enhance and maintain the EPM account reconciliation module.
Works with business unit leaders to set up new reconciliations in system.
Collaborates with business and ERP functional analysts to gather data requirements, reconciliation types, and necessary configurations to support new and existing reconciliations.
Understands and identifies how data changes can have a downstream impact; offers solutions as necessary as it pertains to ARCS reconciliation module.
Recognize and address reconciliation errors; address errors with appropriate parties and identify a resolution.
Recognize issues as they arise with ability to resolve and provide guidance of correction.
Provide design recommendations, budget governance and configure the module to optimize information flows.
Serve as subject matter expert on profitability module.
Work to add all of Clayton’s business units to utilize profitability module.
Work with Bus for Profitability Enhancements and test and evaluate the monthly application updates.
Understands and identifies how changes can have a downstream impact; offers solutions as necessary.
Recognize issues as they arise with ability to resolve and provide guidance.
Collaborate with technology team on testing new system processes and post testing evaluations.
Responsible for evaluating, testing, implementing, and training on regular upgrades from EPM provider.
Serves as back up for FCC business admin.
Can support FCC configurations, data reconsolidations, mappings and necessary rebuilds and updates.
Serves as backup for EPM Profitability and Cost Module business admin.
