About The Position

Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI) is seeking hardworking Erosion Control Laborers to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and contributing to environmental protection projects.

Requirements

• Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install erosion control products including silt fence, wattles, erosion blankets, and sediment control devices.
• Assist with seeding, mulching, hydroseeding, and reclamation projects.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators.
• Maintain a safe and clean work site.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with snow removal during the winter season as needed.
