Position Summary Antora's Ergonomics Intern will design, build, and deploy an AI-powered THA generation system for Antora's manufacturing environment. The process begins with a standardized photo/video capture protocol for workplace tasks. The intern will then develop and configure an AI agent — leveraging vision-capable models — that analyzes captured media, identifies ergonomic hazards, calculates risk scores using NIOSH, RULA, and REBA methodologies, and populates Antora's THA template automatically. The intern will validate and refine the system iteratively, then apply it to complete THAs for every production station at Zanker. This directly supports Antora's operational safety and scaling readiness as manufacturing grows.
