About The Position

We are looking for Coru registered Physiotherapists to work as an Ergonomic Assessor as part of our digital team. This is a full or part-time contractor position, performed remotely from home. The role is expected to last until December 2026, with a possibility of extension. Ergonomic assessors conduct in-depth reviews of a person's presentation, their desk environment, and their work life. They identify probable causes for any issues and advise on changes or make recommendations to improve the work setup.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy
  • CORU registration (essential)
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)

Nice To Haves

  • VDU/DSE training (preferred, training can be arranged for the right candidate)
  • Experience in occupational health or ergonomic assessments (preferred)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Motivating people, including yourself, comes easily
  • Enjoy developing relationships with other team members
  • Comfortably take initiative and adapt to new situations well

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients virtually and in a corporate setting
  • Complete virtual ergonomic assessments of desk workstations
  • Educate clients on correct workstation set up
  • Provide detailed equipment recommendations
  • Create recommendation reports for clients and customers
  • Use current legislation and guidelines to inform decision making
  • Use bespoke software programme to record assessments and manage outcomes
  • Use online programmes and video platforms
  • Provide feedback for in-house service improvement projects
  • Report equipment repairs to the Operations Executive
  • Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up to date CPD folder
  • Create content and blogs from time to time
  • Work with the marketing team and provide them with on the ground feedback
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when
