Requirements
- Five (5) years of account administration experience.
- Experience with Active Directory and identity management systems.
Responsibilities
- Provides advanced identity management and account administration support across USPTO enterprise systems.
- Create, modify, disable, and audit user accounts.
- Manage elevated rights and privileged account processes.
- Review account exceptions and access requests.
- Support compliance audits.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Prepare account management reports and analyses.
