This role could be filled both onsite at a Government facility or at a contractor provided facility. Requirements
- Experience supporting Section 508 compliance reviews.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and testing tools.
Responsibilities
- Ensures digital services, communications, and support processes meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Review customer-facing support materials.
- Validate accessibility compliance.
- Support remediation recommendations.
- Assist with accessibility testing.
- Support accessibility reporting.
