Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• EKG performance competency within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Performing assigned direct patient care activities and basic tasks under the direct supervision of licensed staff.
• Delivering safe patient care while performing assigned tasks.
• Performing EKG's.
• Documenting patient information in the electronic medical record.
• Inputting provider orders into the electronic medical record.
• Stocking department.
• Transporting patients to the inpatient floors.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Following all governmental regulations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
