The Emergency Department Technician provides direct patient care and clinical support under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Emergency Department Technician assists with patient care, emergency procedures, patient transportation, specimen collection, equipment maintenance, documentation, and other clinical and support activities necessary for efficient Emergency Department operations. This position works with patients of all ages and supports care for a wide range of emergency conditions, including medical, surgical, cardiac, trauma, and pediatric emergencies.
