About The Position

This is an ER RN position in a 28-bed department that includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavior health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms. The environment is fast-paced with fast patient turnover and is team-oriented. The role requires quickly and accurately assessing patient care needs, working collaboratively with doctors and staff to provide exceptional care, performing all requested diagnostic tests, diagnosing and developing treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and staff, managing multiple cases simultaneously while continually prioritizing needs, complying with all legal and safety requirements, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, working at maximum efficiency without compromising quality of care, and abiding by all hospital rules and regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience.
Fast-paced, fast patient turnover and team-oriented environment experience.
Ability to quickly and accurately assess patient care needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and staff.
Ability to perform all requested diagnostic tests.
Ability to diagnose and develop treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and staff.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs continually.
