An extensive orientation program is provided to enable emergency nurses to work autonomously with a wide range of clinical specialties in treating emergent patients and their families. The ED promotes high levels of teamwork and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary group of professionals. New graduates with appropriate training and background are welcomed.
