Pay: $29.50 - $45.00/hour | +$10.00/hour ER Primary Nurse Premium Available | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity: Full-Time | Permanent Position | Night Shift | 3x12 Schedule | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care by assessing, treating, and monitoring patients with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. Perform thorough physical and mental health assessments while coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care. An emergency room registered nurse will have a flexible 3x12 night shift schedule with coverage every 3rd or 4th weekend and every other holiday. Additional $10.00/hour premium available for nurses serving in the Primary ER Nurse role.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications required (or willingness to obtain ACLS, TNCC, and PALS within six months of hire, if applicable).
- Previous hospital nursing experience required.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
Nice To Haves
- Emergency Department and/or Critical Care experience preferred.
