About The Position

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Equity Research or Investment Banking experience.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think quickly on one's feet.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interest in the stock market.
• Demonstrated record of professional, academic, and personal achievement.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding quantitative and organizational skills.
• Strong competitive spirit balanced by a proven ability to work as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Electrical Engineering or related degrees.
• Strong financial modeling experience.
• Strong interest in Healthcare, specifically the MedTech space.
• Securities Industry Essentials, Series 86 and 87 required (or willingness to obtain).

Nice To Haves

• Progress towards CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive company and industry research in partnership with the senior analyst.
• Create financial models and valuation analyses.
• Write company reports and industry reports.
• Develop investment recommendations.
• Form relationships with company management teams through meetings, calls, and roadshows.
• Make company visits and attend industry conferences.
• Market the team's research and investment recommendations to the sales force and institutional investors as expertise develops.
