Evercore ISI seeks to hire an Equity Research Associate for its Homebuilding and Building Products equity research team located in New York, NY.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Background in equity research, investment banking, or equity sales preferred
- Exceptional communication skills; this job requires a significant amount of writing and conversations with client/industry counterparts
- Strong analytical and modeling capabilities
- Experience working with AI tools
- Concrete understanding of / demonstrated interest in corporate finance & equity markets
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice To Haves
- MBA and/or CFA helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Develop and update company-specific and industry financial models
- Perform financial and valuation analyses of covered companies
- Author industry and company-specific research reports
- Closely follow industry and economic trends and oversee data collection
- Leverage AI to improve the team’s efficiency and productivity
- Communicate investment ideas to institutional investors
- Other duties as necessary
