About The Position

As a Junior Equity/Fixed Income Solutions Sales Representative in the Americas, you will support the engagement of North American buy‑side and sell-side clients and contribute to new business growth across our existing client base and new logo opportunities. This role is focused on learning, supporting, and executing the sales process, with an emphasis on front‑office desktop and workflow solutions from LSEG. You will work closely with senior sales leaders, account managers, customer success managers, and internal partners to help identify opportunities, support client engagements, and progress deals through the sales lifecycle. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, financial services, client service, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong interest in financial markets and investment management; prior exposure is helpful but not required
  • Demonstrated motivation, curiosity, and willingness to proactively engage prospects and clients
  • Comfort working toward goals and learning within a performance‑driven environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to absorb feedback and continuously improve
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional presence with the ambition to build executive‑level communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, and cross‑functional partners
  • Support territory planning and sales strategy development, identifying new prospects and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Execute high‑quality outbound prospecting activities, partnering closely with lead generation and account teams to ensure consistent pipeline coverage
  • Participate in customer meetings and calls, gradually taking on more responsibility for discussions as product and market knowledge grows
  • Assist in delivering client demonstrations of LSEG / Refinitiv solutions, learning how products support buy‑side workflows and investment decision‑making
  • Develop an understanding of customer workflows and industry trends to support solution‑oriented conversations
  • Support deal execution by assisting with proposals, pricing requests, CRM updates (Salesforce), and internal coordination
  • Progressively take ownership of opportunities following onboarding, with the goal of managing a quota over time
