This is an exciting opportunity to become a key stakeholder in the execution of systematic, model-driven equity flow! You will be responsible for designing and overseeing our algo trading by evaluating execution venue results and working directly with counterparties on their execution results. In this role your primary responsibility will be for algo trading, but you will also play a critical role as the backup for our high touch traders.

Requirements

Strong analytical capabilities and deep familiarity with transaction cost analysis (TCA) methodologies.
Comprehensive understanding of equity market structure.
Hands-on experience with Execution Management Systems (EMS) workflows.
Comfortable using data to make decisions.
Adept at owning execution outcomes at scale.
At least 5 years of experience in equity electronic trading that have worked directly with systematic order flow.
Strong collaborator and team player.
Detail-oriented nature with a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the auto-routing and execution for all algorithmic trading.
Building and maintaining frameworks for dynamic venue weighting and rotation.
Analyzing the performance of venues, focusing on fill rates, information leakage, and post-trade price reversion.
Leading periodic reviews to determine when liquidity sources should be adjusted.
