King County's Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) is seeking an Equitable Access Program Manager to support investments in Equitable Access (EA) within the Behavioral Health and Recovery Division (BHRD). This role will manage current and future Equitable Access strategy investments funded by the King County Behavioral Health Sales Tax Fund, which invests approximately $100M per year. This is a Special Duty Assignment (SDA) expected to last 18 months. The position will oversee the development, implementation, contract management, and evaluation of these investments, focusing on planning, procurement, performance monitoring, systems coordination, and advancing King County’s equity and anti-racism goals. The team operates on a hybrid model, with a primary onsite location at Chinook, 401 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104. Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite. A County-issued laptop will be provided, and employees must maintain a suitable home workspace.
