About The Position

This position is responsible for distributing facility medical gas cylinder inventory and unit par levels to department floors. The Equipment Technician collaborates with Facility Coordinators to conduct annual audits of medical gas cylinders and conducts inspections of facility equipment. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
• Must be able to communicate professionally.
• Demonstrated mechanical and/or electrical dexterity and ability.
• Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs.
• Must be able to walk continuously throughout entire shift.

Nice To Haves

• Background in respiratory, oxygen tanks or maintenance services preferred.
