About The Position

Responsible for assisting the surgical team before, during, and after surgery, maintaining a sterile environment. This role involves working collaboratively with other equipment technicians, stocking supplies, and maintaining an adequate supply of essential medical equipment such as pumps, oxygen, stretchers, and hospital beds. The position also includes cleaning equipment carts, facilitating equipment repair, managing soiled items, picking up supplies from Central, replacing used code carts, and providing coverage for the Main & Pediatrics Emergency Department. Other tasks as needed will also be part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

Full Time
Evenings 3pm-3am

Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with other equipment technicians on department
Stocking supplies
Maintaining adequate supply of pumps, oxygen, stretchers, hospital beds, and other specialized equipment
Cleaning of all equipment carts
Facilitating equipment repair
Taking soiled items/picking up needed supplies from Central
Replacing used code carts
Coverage of the Main & Pediatrics Emergency Department
Other tasks as needed
