About The Position
Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Equipment Support II to join their team. This role involves assisting drivers, mechanics, and customers with the operations, loading, and unloading of equipment for transport. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating equipment, ensuring it is clean and ready for rent, and working outdoors in various elements. Safety and teamwork are core values, and there are opportunities for advancement within the company. A full range of motion and agility is required due to frequent climbing in and out of equipment.

- Must be comfortable working outside within the elements within our shop, branch, and yard.

- Climbing in and out of equipment a lot.
Nice To Haves
- Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment, or construction experience is preferred.
