About The Position
Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Equipment Support II. This role is crucial for maintaining our fleet of rental equipment, ensuring it is ready for our customers. Requirements
- At least one year of experience operating construction equipment or working in construction is preferred.
- Comfortable operating, loading, unloading, cleaning, and staging equipment for rental.
- Provide dependable customer service and communicate effectively with customers, drivers, mechanics, and other team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around active construction equipment.
- Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and help maintain a clean and organized yard.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
- With or without reasonable accommodation, can frequently climb into and out of equipment, remain on your feet for extended periods, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 90 pounds with mechanical or team assistance.
Responsibilities

- Helping maintain a clean and organized yard.
