Spotters play a critical role in keeping our job site safe and efficient. You’ll work directly with operators running forklifts, scissor lifts, and other heavy equipment, ensuring every move is guided and hazard-free. Requirements
- Prior experience on construction or industrial sites preferred
- Strong situational awareness and focus on safety
- Physically able to stand and stay alert throughout the shift
- Must follow all site and OSHA safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Guide and direct heavy equipment during operation
- Maintain clear communication with operators and ground crew
- Monitor surroundings for safety hazards and pedestrian activity
- Help manage equipment movement and traffic in active work areas
- Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately
