An Equipment Setup employee assembles beverages, ice, condiments and non-food items such as cutlery, napkins, linens and dishware for a flight. This role involves assembling equipment according to airline specifications following procedures and assembly diagrams. The employee will also sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods, liquor, and equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications. Maintaining production areas in compliance with sanitation standards and customer requirements, documenting inventory, following directions, and working as a member of a team are also key aspects of the job. Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.
