About The Position
BETTER BUZZ COFFEE is opening soon in the Las Vegas area, specifically at 10020 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89117, with an expected opening in June of 2026. Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is described as more than just great coffee, but a lifestyle fueled by fun, teamwork, and a shared passion for creating connection through coffee. They seek individuals who are gregarious, hospitable, accommodating, competitive, energetic, and available to work at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Once hired, training will occur at another nearby open Better Buzz Coffee location. Founded in 2002 by two college students with a dream and a coffee cart, Better Buzz has grown into a thriving community with locations across California, Nevada, and Arizona. They roast their own organic, fair trade, and rainforest-certified coffee weekly, emphasizing quality, connection, and having fun. Requirements
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
- Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates
- Learn the entirety of our business: Cashier - Point of Sale, Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking, Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru), Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders, Back of House - Cooking & Prepping
