About The Position

Imperial Dade is seeking an Equipment Repair Technician in Waukesha, WI. This role is responsible for maintaining and servicing housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by customers. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, or until work is completed. Join a continuously evolving group and help grow the business.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
• Electrical and mechanical experience
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures
